Accountant for International Links Limited
Duties:
- Responsible for input of accounting entries
- Prepare monthly financial and management report
- Handle treasury and banking matters
- Handle Sales invoice and billing of debit note
- Assist in company filing and company secretarial work
- Prepare final financial statements and submit to management
- Prepare accounts for audit
- Prepare tax return for submission to tax authorities
Working experience and Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of solid accounting experience
- Experience in properties holding company
- Experience in handling company secretarial work for BVI and HK company
- Experience in communication with banks and financial institutes
Professional skills and Educational requirements:
- Knowledge in Flex and Peachtree Accounting
- Capabilities to handle works from ground to completion level
- Good skill at Microsoft word system
- English writing ability
- Ability for communication with other team members and with the CEO of the group
- Diploma holder/ Degree holder in Accounting

HR & Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in C&B function including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, tax filing, leave and attendance management
- Assist in recruitment process such as job ad drafting and posting, screening, interview arrangement, confirm job offer, prepare employment contract, on-boarding & off-boarding procedures
- Provide office administrative support including procurement of stationary & pantry supplies, office equipment maintenance
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and filing system
- Supervise Office Assistants on a daily basis
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Basic accounting skills would be a bonus
Qualification:
- Associate Degree Holder or above in related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years related working experiences is preferred

Job Duties:
