Senior Accountant – Finet Holdings Limited

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare group consolidation and management reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual, interim and quarterly reports.
  • Provide support on financial analysis, cash flow forecasting.
  • Handle treasury duty, including fund transfer.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as auditor, lawyers and bankers.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and auditing.
  • Experience in working in a listed company.
  • Good consolidation experience is a must.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in PRC tax and accounting policy.
  • Qualified accountant of HKICPA or other qualifications equivalent preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
  • Detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, hands-on and self-motivated.
  • Knowledges on company secretarial matters.

Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounting entry, bank reconcilation, book closing.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Handle treasury procedure treasury duty, including fund transfer.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Management and archiving of all documents and documents in the office.
  • Provide general clerical supports including regular files updates.
  • All office documentation and delivery of materials documents.
  • Ad Hoc temporary duties assigned by superiors.

Qualification:

  • HKDSE or above and with major in accounting.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive attitude is required.
  • Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
  • Good in paper works.
  • Relevant working experience above 8 years.

Main Duty:

  • To assist the improvement of the infrastructure of the Accounts Dept.

財富管理客戶關係顧問(Wealth Management Customer Relationship Consultant)

核心職責:

1. 客戶開發與維護

- 通過多種管道,如行業活動、客戶推薦、市場拓展等,積極開發新的高淨值個人客戶與機構客戶資源,建立並不斷擴充客戶網路。

- 與現有客戶保持高頻次、高質量的溝通,定期回訪,深入瞭解客戶的財務狀況變化、投資目標調整等需求,及時解決客戶在財富管理過程中遇到的問題,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度。

2. 需求分析與方案定制

- 運用專業的金融知識與分析工具,對客戶的資產規模、風險承受能力、投資偏好、財務目標等進行全面且深入的評估與分析。

- 基於客戶需求與市場動態,整合公司各類金融產品與服務,為客戶定制個性化、多元化的財富管理與資產配置方案。

3. 投資管理

- 持續跟蹤客戶投資表現,結合市場行情變化、宏觀經濟形勢與政策調整。

- 定期為客戶進行專業解讀,增強客戶對投資過程的理解與信任。

4. 市場與產品研究

- 密切關注國內外金融市場動態、行業趨勢、政策法規變化,及時收集、整理並分析各類市場資訊,為客戶提供準確、及時的市場解讀與投資趨勢判斷。

- 深入瞭解公司內部各類金融產品的特點、優勢、風險收益特徵,以及市場上競爭對手的產品動態,為客戶推薦最合適的金融產品與服務方案提供有力支持。

5. 團隊協作與知識共用

- 與公司內部投資研究團隊、產品設計團隊、合規風控團隊等保持密切協作,及時回饋客戶需求與市場資訊,共同推動產品創新與服務優化。

- 積極參與公司內部培訓、研討會等活動,分享客戶服務經驗與市場 insights,促進團隊整體專業能力的提升。

任職要求:

1. 教育背景:金融、經濟、投資、財務等相關專業本科及以上學歷;擁有CFA(特許金融分析師)、CFP(國際金融理財師)、FRM(金融風險管理師)等專業資質者優先。

2. 工作經驗:3年以上財富管理、私人銀行、投資顧問等相關領域工作經驗優先,具備成功開發與維護高淨值客戶或機構客戶的案例,熟悉各類金融產品與投資市場。

3. 專業技能

- 具備扎實的金融理論知識,熟悉資產配置、投資組合管理、財富規劃等專業領域,能夠熟練運用各類金融分析工具與模型。

- 良好的數據分析與解讀能力,能夠從複雜的市場數據中提煉有價值的資訊,為客戶決策提供依據。

- 精通英語及普通話,具備良好的書面與口頭表達能力,能夠與國內外客戶進行流暢的溝通;掌握粵語者優先。

4. 個人特質

- 具備優秀的客戶服務意識與溝通能力,善於傾聽客戶需求,能夠建立良好的客戶關係,具備出色的客戶問題解決能力。

- 具備較強的學習能力與適應能力,能夠快速掌握新知識、新技能,適應不斷變化的金融市場環境與客戶需求。
